Tech Pack Review & Material Allocation
Our technical engineers analyze your Bill of Materials (BOM), identifying optimal stretch zones, silicone grip-tack requirements, and closure systems (e.g., custom TPR velcro tabs) to eliminate manufacturing bottlenecks.
The Initial Fit Sample (Substitute/Muslin)
A rapid initial prototype created using substitute materials to evaluate drape, ergonomic curve, and mobility. We test how the glove flexes on a rein, bat, or club before cutting expensive premium leathers.

Client Revision & Active Testing
We send you the fit sample for real-world active testing. You evaluate the tactile feedback and grip, and we make micro-adjustments to the CAD patterns based on your direct performance feedback.
The Pre-Production "Golden Sample"
The final, flawless prototype constructed using your exact target leathers, custom sublimated fabrics, and private label branding. This sample becomes the immutable Quality Control standard for your bulk order.
