Major Defects (AQL 2.5)
Strict limits on any defect that compromises the structural integrity, sizing accuracy, or performance of the glove (e.g., open seams, twisted finger gussets, poor Velcro adhesion).
Minor Defects (AQL 4.0)

COMPREHENSIVE END-TO-END INSPECTION
Pre-Production (Raw Material QC)
Quality begins at the tannery. Before any cutting occurs, we hand-grade 100% of incoming Cabretta, Sheepskin, and synthetic hides for natural scarring, grain consistency, and uniform thickness to ensure a flawless second-skin feel. We also test Lycra/Spandex for optimal stretch-recovery.
In-Line Inspection (Assembly QC)
Roaming QC inspectors patrol the stitching lines daily. They verify Stitches Per Inch (SPI), ensure ergonomic finger curvature, and check the alignment of silicone grip-tack prints while the gloves are actively being assembled.
Final Audit (Pre-Shipment QC)
A dedicated team conducts a rigorous final visual and structural audit. We verify perfect left/right hand matching, accurate block-sizing dimensions, flawless logo embroidery/TPR application, and retail-ready packaging.
